Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Learning to devise and implement a development plan for departmental staff using performance data.
• Help develop and disseminate strategies for outstanding teaching to raise achievement across the department.
• Sustain attainment by embedding innovative assessment for learning tools.
• Support the introduction of new and revised curricula.
• Plan, support and deliver intervention and enrichment programmes outside school hours.
