TASCHEN is seeking a senior HR leader to drive the global HR strategy across Europe, the US, Hong Kong and beyond. You will guide executives on people matters, shape the recruitment framework for a distributed workforce, and build international talent pipelines while ensuring compliance with local laws.

The role demands strong leadership, cross-cultural insight, and hands-on experience implementing scalable HR processes.

Qualifications

  • Several years of relevant professional experience in HR in an international organization.
  • Proven experience managing HR across multiple countries, cultures and legal environments.
  • Deep expertise in international recruitment and talent acquisition, with a demonstrated focus on quality of hire.
  • Strong experience with an internationally distributed workforce, ideally including Europe, the US and APAC/Hong Kong.
  • Proven understanding of how to define role requirements, competencies and success profiles and translate them into effective recruitment processes.
  • Strong experience using modern sourcing methods, recruitment technologies, assessment tools and data-driven selection techniques.
  • Proven experience in leading, developing, and coaching HR teams, with a hands-on approach.
