Job description

I am delighted to support London & Partners, an international growth agency that collaborates with businesses locally and internationally to foster growth, success, and development in London. They are looking to appoint a new role as Head of HR Operations to join the HR team and continue to develop a best-in-class HR offering.

About the role

As Head of HR Operations, you will report to the Director of HR and line manage a team of four, including HR Business Partners and a Payroll Advisor, within a business of 350+ employees that is growing. You will play a vital role in the HR team’s growth, working across disciplines such as reward, employee relations, organization development, EDI strategy, and leading the implementation of a new HR system.

Key responsibilities include:
  1. Team leadership and development: Ensuring your team has the right skills and capabilities, fostering a high-performance culture.
  2. End-to-end HR operations: Managing the entire employee lifecycle, working strategically and operationally across reward, ER, employee development, and payroll.
  3. HR data and analytics: Reviewing HR data confidently and supporting HR and senior leaders in making commercial decisions and influencing HR initiatives.
  4. EDI: Demonstrating experience in implementing inclusive processes.
About you

You will be an experienced senior HR professional with a generalist or HR operations background, ideally with SME experience. You should possess commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work with various stakeholders. You should be comfortable being hands-on as well as strategic.

Experience across reward, employee relations, and EDI initiatives is essential. You must have implemented a new HRIS system and delivered the project from end to end.

While experience in an international business is not mandatory, familiarity with complex environments and dispersed workforces is important. Candidates from agency, marketing, business development, or consultancy backgrounds are preferred.

Salary: £75,000 - £80,000
