A leading airline company in the UK is seeking a Head of HR Business Partnering. In this role, you will lead a high-performing HR team and align the People Strategy with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in organisational design, performance management, and driving cultural change. This position offers a competitive salary and a discretionary bonus scheme up to 40% of the base salary.

As our Head of HR Business Partnering, reporting to the Director of HR, you will play a pivotal role in aligning our People Strategy with business objectives. You will be responsible for leading and inspiring a high-performing team of HR Business Partners across our whole business. This will include Senior Leadership, Operational areas such as Flight Deck, Ground Operations and Cabin Crew as well as our Head Office functions and Overseas Operations.
