Job description

We are seeking a Senior HR Manager/ Head of HR / Head of HR Business Partnering with strong HR & ER/IR experience within large complex public sector organisations. You will lead a team of HR Business Partners and HR Advisors handling complex ER, IR and Change. You will also lead a range of complex Employer Relations and Organisational Change Management projects, lead Union Relationships and projects such as culture and engagement.

Candidates
We are seeking experienced Senior HR Practitioners - Senior HR Manager, Head of HR, Head of HRBP, Head of ER or similar levels with strong experience of working within large complex organisations such as Public Sector, NHS or similar complex unionised environments.

  1. You will be adept at handling a variety of organisational change, complex employer relations and union relationships from a strategic level.
  2. Ideally, you will have leadership skills to oversee teams of HRBP/HR Advisors and ER specialists.
  3. Strong communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders at leadership level and to represent HR at senior management meetings.
  4. Chartered MCIPD / FCIPD / Masters in CIPD Level 7.

The Offer
Full time role working within a team environment. 4-5 days per week on site in Bournemouth, Dorset. Whilst some flexibility is available, it is likely that a majority will be needed on site. Excellent Benefits - Pension, holiday.
