This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take ownership of the full HR function, shape strategic initiatives, and play a key leadership role during an important operational period.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading and implementing the company’s HR strategy, aligned with business goals
  • Acting as a strategic advisor to the CEO and senior leadership on people matters
  • Driving employee engagement, well-being, and change management initiatives
  • Overseeing talent acquisition, retention, succession planning, and performance management
  • Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal HR policies
Experience required:
  • Proven HR leadership experience in a strategic and operational capacity
  • CIPD Level 7 qualification
  • Knowledge of UK employment law, GDPR, and employee relations
  • Strong stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing skills
