We have a rare opportunity to join one of the UK's leading global suppliers of machine parts as Head of HR. Working on a hybrid basis, you'll manage the HR budget and team whilst refreshing and injecting new insight into various projects such as benefits, rewards, communications and performance management. This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Salary – Up to £75,000 Per annum

Location – Stafford / Hybrid (1 Day from home)

Role Type – 12 Month FTC / Full Time / 7:30-4 Mon-Thu, 8-3 Friday

The Role

You will provide strategic leadership to the global people team, ensuring the people strategy is effectively delivered across all regions.

You'll also lead major cross-functional projects, including the rollout of a refreshed performance management framework, a global communications strategy, and enhancements to reward, recognition, and benefits.

A large part of this role is overseeing daily team operations, collaborating with senior leaders to align people initiatives with business goals, and presenting monthly reports to the board featuring key people metrics.

The role also includes responsibility for Health & Safety and Compliance, with occasional travel to remote sites.
