Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Head of HR or senior HR leader and key support to the HR Director during a time of change.
  • Lead and manage a team of approximately 20 across HR, Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Payroll.
  • Oversee and drive the delivery of a new TOM, supporting change and separation activities.
  • Manage the planning and delivery of restructures and potential redundancy processes.
  • Maintain strong HR generalist oversight including handling complex ER matters.
  • Deliver best-in-class HR services while improving efficiency, productivity, and technology utilisation.
  • Provide strong stakeholder management and support at SLT and C-suite level.

The Successful Applicant

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Head of HR Operations, Senior HR Business Partner in a large organisation, or HRD in a fast-paced SME.
  • Track record of leading HR teams and delivering HR transformation.
  • Experience in managing large-scale change, TOM design, and redundancy processes.
  • Strong ER knowledge with confidence in handling complex issues.
  • Able to operate at pace with strong influencing skills and commercial acumen.
  • Experience in a consumer-focused, telecommunications, tech, or start-up environment is highly desirable.
