They're now looking for a Head of HR to take the reins across a growing national network. With recent investment and a renewed focus on culture and capability, this is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to blend strategic leadership with hands-on delivery.

What We're Looking For
- A seasoned HR leader with experience in fast-paced, multi-site environments
- Confident in both strategic planning and rolling up your sleeves day-to-day
- Someone who thrives in a change-led environment and enjoys bringing structure, process, and positivity
- Strong working knowledge of UK employment law, compliance, and best practice HR delivery
- Experience managing teams and working closely with operational leaders
- CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above preferred)
Location: Hybrid, with around 3 days a week based in the Reigate area, and some wider travel to other UK sites as needed.
