Head of HR | Location: Reigate | Salary: up to £80,000 + Bonus & Benefits

We're supporting a high-growth business that's going through a really exciting phase transitioning from an outsourced HR model to building a full in-house function. It's the kind of environment where you'll get to shape, lead, and make a tangible difference from day one.

They're now looking for a Head of HR to take the reins across a growing national network. With recent investment and a renewed focus on culture and capability, this is a brilliant opportunity for someone who wants to blend strategic leadership with hands-on delivery.

  • A seasoned HR leader with experience in fast-paced, multi-site environments

  • Confident in both strategic planning and rolling up your sleeves day-to-day

  • Someone who thrives in a change-led environment and enjoys bringing structure, process, and positivity

  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment law, compliance, and best practice HR delivery

  • Experience managing teams and working closely with operational leaders

  • CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above preferred)

Location: Hybrid, with around 3 days a week based in the Reigate area, and some wider travel to other UK sites as needed.
