SF is excited to partner with a wholesaler in Manchester seeking an experienced and adaptable Head of HR to join their team.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally within an SME environment (not essential)
• Ability to manage and lead a small team
• Experience in a business partner role or similar
• Strategic thinker with the ability to implement people strategies and drive performance
• Experience in talent development at all levels
• Background in OD and leading organizational change
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, can-do attitude

This role is hands-on, requiring flexibility to switch between strategic initiatives and operational HR tasks. It plays a vital part in the senior leadership team, partnering with department heads to develop HR strategies, workforce development, and leadership initiatives.

The position is based in Manchester, offering a salary range of £65K to £75K, commensurate with experience.
