Liberty Recruitment Group is delighted to partner exclusively with this client to recruit a Head of HR. This full-time, permanent role is based in Camden, offering a salary of circa £50k, depending on experience.

Reporting to a Regional Director, this position offers a diverse range of responsibilities, with no two days being the same!

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing employee onboarding, orientation, and initial performance reviews.
• Providing support to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including benefits, compensation, and employee relations.
• Meeting business recruitment needs, identifying recruitment requirements, and exploring ways to improve retention.
• Managing employee performance through coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, including hiring practices, equal opportunity, and safety standards.
• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices.
• Maintaining accurate personnel records and ensuring timely updates to employee data, benefits, and compensation.
• Facilitating employee development and training programs, including performance management, skills development, and career planning.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and security regulations in the workplace.

Ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be team players, and able to work proactively.

A CIPD qualification is preferred, but relevant experience and robust knowledge of HR and employment legislation—covering recruitment, immigration, disciplinary procedures, grievances, capability, Working Time Directive, and learning and development—are the main focus.
