Liberty Recruitment Group is delighted to partner exclusively with this client to recruit a Head of HR. This full-time, permanent role is based in Camden, offering a salary of circa £50k, depending on experience.
Reporting to a Regional Director, this position offers a diverse range of responsibilities, with no two days being the same!
Key responsibilities include:
Ideal candidates will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, be team players, and able to work proactively.
A CIPD qualification is preferred, but relevant experience and robust knowledge of HR and employment legislation—covering recruitment, immigration, disciplinary procedures, grievances, capability, Working Time Directive, and learning and development—are the main focus.

This role is primarily office-based, with approximately two days per week traveling to other sites.
