An educational institution in the UK is looking for an HR Manager to enhance their people strategy. This is a pivotal role within the College, responsible for leading a high-quality HR service. You will lead initiatives that enhance staff wellbeing and reduce sickness absence, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and engagement.
You will also explore and implement AI-driven solutions to enhance HR operations, ensuring our function remains agile, innovative, and future-ready, whilst ensuring fairness, inclusivity and non-bias.
Key Responsibilities within the role will include:
You will have proven experience in line management and in influencing and advising senior managers on strategic and operational HR matters, based on a strong working knowledge of employment and equality law and HR best practice. Experience in or a strong understanding of the further education sector and its unique HR context would be particularly valuable.
