This role involves collaborating with senior leaders to drive performance, engagement, and change management across a global workforce of approximately 1500 employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the technology sector and excellent data analysis skills. This position offers a competitive salary of up to £110,000 and a hybrid working model.
