A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Head of HR for a 12-month FTC to drive a significant cultural transformation. Operating in Bicester, the organisation focuses on delivering high-quality products to its customers & sets themselves apart from competitors through their commitment to providing service above and beyond the expected. You will support teams from production and delivery, through to back office function. The Head of HR will have two direct reports.
