  • Lead the HR team, including HR Officer, HR and Recruitment Co-Ordinator, and Recruitment Administrator.
  • Drive management capability through coaching and support in performance management.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with Safer Recruitment practices.
  • Develop and implement employee wellbeing initiatives and compensation benchmarking.
  • Manage learning and development to ensure effective training delivery.
  • Maintain HR records and oversee the creation of employment contracts and policies.
  • Stay updated on employment law and its impact on the organisation.
  • Provide monthly HR reports to the Board.
