The role focuses on strategic leadership, capacity planning, coaching, and delivering high-quality client service across pre- and post-litigated HDR matters, with a strong emphasis on outcomes and compliance with CPR guidance.

Qualifications

• Specialist in Housing Disrepair and Civil Litigation with strong leadership experience.
• Must be a Qualified Solicitor with UK call to the bar/policy.
• Proven ability to lead a litigation team and manage performance.
• Excellent CPR knowledge and client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of litigators handling HDR matters.
• Manage workload distribution and team capacity.
• Coach and motivate the team to achieve targets.
• Drive case progression while ensuring exceptional client care.
• Represent the firm’s values and standards externally.
