Reporting directly to the Director of Commercial Finance, this role will lead all aspects of Housing finance, both strategic and operational. Responsibilities include short- and long-term financial planning, overseeing Rents & Service charge setting to meet regulatory requirements, and producing Management Accounts, Budgets, and forecasts. The role also includes full oversight of all accounting activities to ensure compliance with Housing Related and regulatory reporting standards. Additionally, the post holder will provide financial advice and support to the Housing team, ensuring decisions align with organisational expectations.
Interview will take place face-to-face in Reading on 11th August.
