One Fylde is a vibrant social care charity, supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism, and we are having an exciting expansion to our housing team. We’re looking for a passionate, driven, and experienced leader to take the helm in our brand-new Head of Housing Contracts and Compliance role, where you’ll have plenty of opportunity to shape this into a role you’ll love and to make a positive impact to the lives of our tenants.

What you’ll be doing

This isn’t just another housing management role it’s a unique opportunity to shape the future of housing services at One Fylde and to lead a small (but mighty!) team to have a huge impact. Based at our Libra House offices in Blackpool, with flexibility to work from home, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional housing experiences that empower our tenants to live independently and with dignity, in houses they’re proud to call their homes.

You’ll be leading our integrated Housing Department, which encompasses both Housing and Property Services.
