A leading community housing organization in Glasgow seeks a Senior Manager to lead housing management and community regeneration efforts. You will work as part of the Senior Management Team to ensure high-quality customer services and drive a performance culture. Hours:Full Time (35 hours per week), 9am - 5pm.
The Company
Based in the north of Glasgow, Maryhill Housing has been established for over 40 years. We have over 3000 tenants and 700 owner occupiers who we provide a factoring service to. The Role
To lead the housing management and community regeneration teams to ensure the provision of high-quality customer focussed services to tenants of the Association and the wider community.
To be an effective member of the Senior Management Team, working collaboratively with the Director of Operations, Head of Property and Communities, Head of Assets and Investment, senior managers, the immediate team and the wider organisational teams to deliver responsive and effective services which meet the needs of customers and builds excellence, capacity, knowledge and understanding in the front-line teams.
To develop services which put customers at the heart of the service and to drive a performance management culture.
On Offer
This role has a competitive salary banding of £61,598 - £64,959 EVH Grade SM6 – SM8. In addition, you will receive an excellent benefits package, which includes 25 days annual leave (pro rata), 15 days public holiday (pro rata) and access to a contributory pension scheme.
