Job summary

Barchester Healthcare in Workington is seeking a Head of Housekeeping to lead a dedicated team in a warm, homely care home environment. You’ll be hands-on, actively participate in day-to-day cleaning, set and uphold the highest standards, and inspire staff to deliver compassionate care for residents.

You will need experience in housekeeping within care homes, hospitals or hotels, a caring nature, and strong communication.
