A leading care provider in Guiseley is seeking a Head of Hospitality to ensure high standards of dining services and team management in their care home. Our stunning care home, Guiseley Manor Care Centre, is a purpose-built 72-bed facility located in Guiseley, West Yorkshire, Leeds. The home provides the highest standards of safety, comfort, and care for residents with various needs, including residential, nursing, and dementia care.
We invest in the latest technology and offer a purposeful programme of daily activities and gentle exercise to enhance residents' well-being. All team members are carefully selected for their warmth and passion, receiving full induction and ongoing training from our in-house trainers and the New Care Academy. We pride ourselves on employing a permanent staff team, with no agency staff usage for over five years, ensuring continuity of care from staff who know and residents who trust them.
Across New Care, staff are paid at least the national minimum wage. We are seeking to appoint a Head of Hospitality to join our team. You will be responsible for organizing the Hospitality and Care Assistants to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience for residents. This includes managing dining room preparation, cleanliness, meal service, and team leadership.
This is a 40-hour contract with an hourly rate of £13.20. Shift times are to be confirmed, with alternate weekend working.
