About the Role

Join our team at Studley Castle, part of the Warner Hotels Group. This 209-bedroom hotel with 180 years of history offers modern facilities including a spa, cabaret dining restaurant, and beautiful grounds in rural Warwickshire.

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 dependent on experience.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Head of Hospitality to join us atWarner Hotels.

What will I be doing?

You will be responsible for the smooth running of multiple restaurants, and bars. Leading and inspiring a diverse and multi skilled team of up to 60. Working closely with the Food and Beverage Managers you will ensure that the departments work in harmony, by bringing the team together to drive the business forward from both a teamwork and customer service perspective. Dining is a very important part of our guests’ experience when staying at Warner. As the Head of Hospitality, you are part of a passionate team, working within our modern food and beverage facilities.

• An individual with the ability to effectively lead, motivate and engage your leaders and team, even in times of high demand.
• A willingness to challenge if standards aren’t meeting required levels.
• Someone who can make decisions confidently.

What skills do I need?

• Experience of managing a multifaceted department.
• Must have had responsibility for managing a P&L and the ability to manage costs in line with budgets.
• Can create an environment where the team are able to grow and develop.
• Effective communicator with the ability to clearly articulate ideas.
