We are seeking to appoint a kind, caring, and motivated Head of Hospitality to join our team. You will be responsible for organizing the Hospitality Assistants and Care Assistants to ensure the dining experience for our residents is smooth and efficient at all times. Your duties will include dining room preparation, cleanliness, setup, and ensuring meals are served in a timely, presentable, and correct manner. This role involves leading a team of Hospitality Assistants, including managing rotas, training, and supervision.
