Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Soil Association charity to lead our work with and for growers. The role includes knowledge exchange and farmer-led research supporting the uptake of agroecological practices, representing the interests of organic growers and delivering our horticulture organic sector development strategy, working closely with key stakeholders and partners throughout the supply chain.

You will have significant practical experience of commercial horticultural supply chains and/or technical horticultural expertise. Experience of providing advisory services to growers and substantial experience of working effectively with a wide range of research and commercial partners and stakeholders are crucial. For the right candidate this role offers the chance to use your practical and commercial experience to support the future of sustainable horticulture.
