The Head of HSE leads and coordinates health, safety, and environmental activities across the site or cluster, ensuring HSE is fully integrated into operations. They work closely with senior leaders and teams to promote a strong culture of safety and continuous improvement throughout the organization.


How You Will Make An Impact:

  • Lead the execution of the site HSE strategy, ensuring full implementation of STADA Global and local HSE SOPs within agreed timelines.

  • Act as a trusted business partner, integrating HSE principles into daily site operations and decision-making.

  • Ensure site management systems comply with HSE legal requirements, verified through audits and conformance reviews.

  • Provide expert governance on HSE risks, changes, and compliance, including risk assessments and mitigation plans.

  • Conduct and support routine site inspections and audits to verify control of HSE risks and legal compliance.

  • Deliver regular, evidence-based reporting on HSE program effectiveness, ensuring quality-assured performance data is submitted to Corp. HSE on time.

  • Drive timely closure of CAPA or agency-generated findings to prevent recurrence.

  • Foster a strong safety culture by coaching leaders and teams, developing targeted HSE training, and collaborating across site, cluster, and corporate teams to achieve HSE goals.

What We Are Looking For:


  • University degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of HSE management experience.

  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to drive HSE initiatives and foster collaboration.

  • Proven experience managing budgets and resources effectively.

  • In-depth knowledge of HSE management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001), risk control, regulatory compliance, and process safety.

  • Skilled in risk assessments (e.g., HAZOP), safe work systems, root cause analysis, and HSE culture development.

  • Commitment to GMP, Quality, Data Privacy, Integrity, Compliance policies, and timely audit closure.

  • Acts as a role model for STADA Values, ensuring full adherence to Global and local HSE requirements and promoting a high-performance growth culture.
