Job summary

Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, in partnership with the University of Exeter, seeks a strategic Head of Joint Partnership Office. Lead governance, strategy and implementation to scale joint research, education and innovation across both organisations.

Qualifications

Experience in an HE and research-intensive environment is essential.
Experience of NHS Research & Development is essential.
Ability to establish governance and accountability structures across two organisations.
Proven staff management and leadership experience with the ability to lead through change.

Responsibilities

Lead the Joint Partnership Office across the University of Exeter and the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
Develop an ambitious strategy and implementation plan to scale joint working in research, education and innovation.
Define objectives, deliverables and KPIs for the joint office and determine leadership requirements at multiple levels.
Manage complex budgets and contracts to maximise benefit for both organisations.
