Head of Growth – Remote (Global)

Location: Remote (Global – including Canada and Europe)

Employment Type: Full-time

Start Date: Ideally June or early July

As we continue to scale rapidly, we're looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Growth to lead and execute our marketing and lead generation efforts—first in the U.S., and soon across international markets including the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Australia, and New Zealand.

About the Role

As Head of Growth, you’ll be the driving force behind Rendify’s global expansion. You’ll take ownership of all growth and acquisition efforts across paid, organic, and lifecycle marketing, ensuring a consistent flow of high-quality leads while lowering CPL and increasing ROI.

You’ll work directly with our CEO and collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to align growth strategy with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and scale paid acquisition across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and other relevant platforms
  • Strategize and optimize to reduce cost per lead (CPL) and drive consistent lead volume
  • Own and manage content marketing, email marketing, and organic growth efforts
  • Ensure lead funnels are always active, optimized, and high-converting
  • Analyze performance metrics and evolve strategies across channels accordingly
  • Build and manage a growth roadmap to support international expansion
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align growth strategy with company goals
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital acquisition, or performance marketing
  • Proven track record of successfully managing paid campaigns, especially Meta Ads
  • Strong analytical skills – data-driven and results-focused
  • Experience with content strategy, email marketing, and funnel optimization
  • Strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves and execute
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
  • Prior experience expanding into international markets is a strong plus
