Head of Growth & Performance Marketing

London (Shoreditch)

Hybrid working: 3 days in the office

We’re looking for a data-driven, commercially minded Head of Growth & Performance Marketing to supercharge 3S Money’s pipeline and revenue growth. This pivotal role connects brand, demand, and performance to drive measurable marketing impact across all channels. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll lead our performance strategy and marketing effectiveness end-to-end. With a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, you’ll bring clarity to complexity, build scalable processes, and lead a team to deliver high-quality leads, and optimise every marketing dollar spent.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own and optimise digital and offline acquisition channels (paid media, SEO, website, email, events, etc.) to drive marketing qualified leads and revenue growth.
  • Define, track and improve KPIs across the full marketing funnel with a single source of truth that demonstrates marketing impact, including but not limited to: average revenue per inbound client, conversion rate per marketing channel, lead volume for targeted industries, and cost of acquisition.
  • Implement and scale marketing automation, driving lead scoring and nurturing flows to enhance conversion.
  • Establish performance marketing processes and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making and campaign optimisation.
  • Oversee marketing operations, including budget tracking, forecasting, funnel reporting and ROI analysis.
  • Manage agencies/ external partners, evaluating in-house vs outsourced models to ensure best value and outcome.
  • Establish brand health and perception metrics, and implement customer satisfaction measurement tools to inform brand and campaign performance.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing growth and performance marketing team, driving a culture of experimentation and accountability.

About you, you have

  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity
  • Balances strategic leadership with hands-on execution
  • Have experience in a combination of marketing automation, analytics, paid media and SEO platforms
  • A background in Fintech or financial services, ideally with growth-stage/ scale-up exposure
  • Understands agile ways of working
