A cutting-edge consulting firm is looking for a Head of Growth & Client Partnerships in London to drive revenue, build a consulting team, and shape future client engagements. This leadership position requires extensive experience in marketing transformation with a proven track record in business development, particularly within the FMCG/CPG sector. Our proprietary “58” methodology tackles complex business challenges in under three days by bringing the right people together in a focused, agile, and distraction-free environment.
We are a cross-functional team of 50 experts working across geographies to drive radical transformation through design thinking and hands-on problem-solving. Over the years, we’ve partnered with some of the world’s most influential brands, including The Coca-Cola Company, Philip Morris International, L’Oréal, Nestlé, Bayer, PUIG, and more.
REBORRN started inLondon in 2018before expanding into a 50+ person, 12‑nationality, remote-first team that now delivers marketing‑transformation programmes across Europe, US, and beyond. Today, more than athird of our marketing‑transformation revenue is commissioned by London‑based decision‑makers - yet we’ve been serving them from afar.
We’re nowre‑establishing our London baseand hiring aHead of Growth & Client Partnerships in the UK, to write the next chapter. Think of it as building the go‑to‑market engine for a boutique that already has a proven craft, a 50+ person delivery bench, and a point‑of‑view clients love - but until now has grown mostly on referrals and repeat business.
If you can connect with people, win business, and stay close enough to the work to defend quality, you’ll shape REBORRN UK from day one - setting revenue targets, growing the team in London, and taking a real equity stake in the story you help create.
