They operate from their central London HQ, servicing brands throughout Europe across cultural sectors including entertainment, fashion, lifestyle, sport, food & beverage, and tech.

The business has been rapidly growing in recent years, and they are currently building a team that can sustain their positive direction.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Head of Growth & Marketing to develop and execute a sustainable strategy for growth from existing and new clients where extensive opportunities exist. This is an opportunity for someone with strong relationship-building and communication skills, adept at identifying new opportunities within existing clients, capable of securing these, then briefing the in-house teams to deliver the service provision.

You will be responsible for four major clients where significant growth opportunities exist. Your role will be to build trust and confidence with decision-makers you have identified in these organizations, elevating the agency profile to create new business and revenue opportunities from new projects and service offerings.
