About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic and mercurial Head of Growth and Marketing to shape and drive LKN’s marketing strategy, relentlessly driving sustained growth for our exciting and compelling restaurant brands for our partners. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of creative flair, data-driven decision-making, strong stakeholder management skills and sh*t hot marketing initiatives that drive massive buzz. They would also have an innate passion and curiosity for food and the hospitality landscape. Working with some of the largest brand partners and operators in the UK, you will lead our dynamic marketing team to disrupt the UK food scene and make our brands famous. We want someone who sees things that others don’t see, who doesn’t accept the status quo and who is restless in finding creative solutions to constantly improve the offer.
