We need a hands-on Head of Growth who can design the full customer journey, turn insight into revenue at speed, and build a culture of experimentation where “what if?” becomes “shipped and measured” in days.
You’ll report to the Founder/CEO and work arm‑in‑arm with Product, Marketing, and Engineering. Your mandate is to build a predictable, repeatable growth machine that turns Aspora into the default financial home for global immigrants.

Lifecycle Strategy – Map every activation, engagement, and expansion trigger; obsess over removing friction and adding delight.
Growth Analytics & Instrumentation – Establish the tracking stack, define the Bible of metrics (LTV, CAC, NRR, payback), and surface insights daily.
Experimentation Program – Run rapid‑fire A/B tests on copy, UX, pricing, and incentives.
Retention & Reactivation Loops – Deploy nudges, rewards, and personalised messaging that keep CLTV rising month over month.
Monetisation & Upsell – Partner with Product to craft value‑based pricing, bundles, and cross‑sell motions that feel like service—not sales.
Channel Portfolio – Own paid, organic, referral, and partnership channels; reallocate budget in real time to crush efficiency targets.
Growth Ops & Automation – Build the pipelines, ETLs, and playbooks so wins scale to every new product and geography.
Team & Culture – Recruit and mentor analysts, PMs, and marketers who think in cohorts and celebrate double‑digit lifts.
7+ years owning growth/lifecycle/revenue in high‑growth tech—fintech or subscription B2C a plus.
Fluency in data – SQL and Looker/Amplitude are second nature; you can model cohort survival in your sleep.
Demonstrated success turning insights into scalable playbooks used across multiple markets or products.
Track record of lowering CAC and boosting LTV simultaneously (show us the graphs).
Deep understanding of attribution, marketing mix modelling, and experimentation design.
Operator’s bias for action – You prefer shipping imperfect v1s over debating perfect v0s.
Clear communicator who can translate R² and p‑values into action plans for founders and designers alike.
