Our client is a UK-based founder led company specialising in premium, natural dog food delivered directly to customers through a subscription model.
They provide shelf-stable, rehydrated dog food made from natural ingredients, including proteins like chicken, duck, and salmon, complemented by fruits and vegetables. Their recipes are designed to offer functional health benefits for dogs
This innovative approach, coupled with a direct-to-consumer subscription model, allows them to personalise meal plans to individual dogs' needs, addressing everything from allergies to sensitive stomachs. They are proud to have served over 42 million meals and have thousands of success stories, with 91% of customers reporting overall health improvements in their dogs after switching to Pure.
Backed by vets and formulated by nutritionists, their focus is always on putting paws and people first. With significant recent investment and a growth rate of over 200% in the last two years, they are in an exciting phase of expansion, both in the UK and internationally and looking for a Head of Growth / Head of Paid Media to join the leadership team.
About the role
Reporting to the Customer Growth Director, you will be a pivotal member of the Leadership Team, responsible for defining and executing the overarching growth and digital marketing strategy.
This role demands a strategic, but executional biased leader with a strong data-driven and customer-centric approach, capable of leading and optimising all digital marketing channels, fostering innovation within internal and external teams, and collaborating cross-functionally to enhance the entire customer journey.
You will be instrumental in driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand awareness in a fast-paced D2C and eCommerce environment.
This is a hybrid role working out of the office in Leeds 3 days per week.
