The Role
We're hiring aHead of Growthto lead our marketing, brand, and commercial strategy. You’ll work across social media, content, SEO, paid marketing, PR, and partnerships, with full ownership of how we acquire and retain customers. You’ll collaborate with our content creation teams, oversee the website, drive inbound traffic, and seek out new business opportunities. You’ll also be responsible for tracking and hitting key sales and growth targets.
This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and wants to make a real impact.
What You’ll Do
Marketing & Brand
Lead our multi-channel marketing strategy (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Shape and manage our brand voice, storytelling, and visual identity
Oversee content calendars, campaigns, and creative direction in collaboration with content creators
Plan, run, and optimise digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
Content & SEO
Oversee and improve our website performance and user experience
Write and publish high-quality blog content that drives organic traffic
Coordinate with freelancers, agencies, or internal teams on content production
PR & Community
Develop PR strategies and outreach to publications, bloggers, and influencers
Pitch stories that reflect our mission, values, and unique approach to meal prep
Engage our community and customers to build loyalty and advocacy
Growth & Commercial Strategy
Identify and lead strategic partnerships (e.g. athletes, health brands, influencers)
Explore new growth channels and revenue opportunities
Own and report on key growth and sales KPIs
About You
4+ years in marketing, growth, commercial or brand strategy (startup/consumer brand experience ideal)
Strong understanding of social media strategy, paid marketing, and SEO
Confident managing websites and tracking performance
Excellent copywriting skills across blogs, emails, and social content
Experience in PR, partnerships, or media outreach
Familiarity with AI tools and how to use them to accelerate marketing and content creation
Commercially minded, with a growth-first mindset
Hands-on, proactive, and someone who loves autonomy and takes initiative
A creative individual who takes agency turning ideas into action
Bonus: experience in food, wellness, hospitality, or services
Compensation & Perks
£40,000 base salary
Up to 20% annual bonus tied to performance
1% equity options (1-year cliff)
