Head of Growth (Integrated Creative Agency)

£110k - £120k (flex) with excellent bonus + benefits

A leading integrated creative agency has a new and unique position for Head of Growth to drive business development, lead new business generation, and elevate pitch processes.

Candidates should come from an integrated creative agency with a strong business development background.

The offices are less than 1.5 hours from Euston or Manchester train stations, with a hybrid policy of 2-3 days in the office (Mon, Tues, Wed).

This senior leadership role is within a highly awarded, fast-paced agency known for delivering outstanding, culture-shaping work. The team is diverse, collaborative, and focused on innovation and high standards.

As Head of Growth, you will own the entire new business function, from strategy to execution. Responsibilities include pipeline development, guiding pitch planning, and ensuring top-quality delivery across all touchpoints.

Work closely with senior leadership to identify new commercial opportunities, align priorities, and focus on growth.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and implement new business strategies and lead generation plans
