  • Deliver clear and impactful management commentary for senior stakeholders, identifying financial risks and opportunities to support informed decision-making.
  • Enhance best practices in budgeting, reporting, and analysis, working with Group Finance to improve systems and processes.
  • Prepare business cases, evaluate investment proposals, and contribute to acquisition and disposal strategies.
  • Support the integration of new businesses into the Group, ensuring smooth financial transitions.
  • Lead and develop a team of Finance Business Partners, fostering strong collaboration and financial expertise across the Group.
  • Provide financial support and challenge to the Executive and Head Office leadership teams, driving accountability and control over spending.
  • Partner with auditors and professional advisors on financial reporting and compliance matters.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, and quantitative analysis.
  • A solid understanding of IFRS and technical accounting principles.
  • A confident leader, capable of mentoring teams and fostering collaboration across functions.
  • Experience working at a senior level in business planning, finance partnering, and performance reporting.
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with at least 5 years of post-qualified experience.
