We are seeking a Head of Grants Management to join our Financial Planning & Analysis team, which provides timely financial planning and reporting across the organization. Managing a small team, you will oversee the grants lifecycle, including due diligence, grant agreements, amendments, and payment scheduling, supporting over 160 grants and £32m in expenditure.
As Head of Grants Management, you will ensure our grant management processes comply with standards and policies. You will provide advice and analysis to colleagues to support successful programs, monitor grant statuses, analyze variances, and manage foreign exchange exposure. Additionally, you will train grant issuing teams, conduct due diligence, review existing grantees annually, and play a key role in implementing a new Grants Management System.
