The Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of PMO Governance Director to optimize and enforce the governance framework for our global delivery organization. You will provide strategic oversight, risk management, and compliance across the entire customer project portfolio. Your responsibilities include validating project alignment with financial objectives, contractual obligations, and quality standards. You will define objectives and key results (OKRs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.

The Head of Governance will oversee a large global team, maintain financial oversight of project P&Ls, and drive operational excellence across delivery teams.

The ideal candidate will have a strong project management background, expertise in governance frameworks, and financial acumen to manage budgets and performance independently. Collaboration with senior leadership and internal teams is essential to mitigate risks, resolve escalations, and ensure service excellence.

Opportunities

• Experience managing large-scale transformation initiatives and global teams.
• Ability to align governance frameworks with corporate goals.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in project and portfolio governance, contract compliance, risk assessment, and legal frameworks.
• Working knowledge of IFRS standards.
• Financial oversight experience, including revenue, profitability, and cost control.
• Knowledge of SAFe, ITIL, SaaS, and Managed Services is preferred.
• Proficiency in PPM tools is a plus.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-PgMP are advantageous.
