Role Overview
This is a newly redesigned, high-impact commercial leadership role, positioned at the very heart of Citco’s growth and client acquisition strategy. Reporting directly to Niall Fagan, Global Head of Sales, the Head of Global Sales Engineering will lead the design, development, and delivery of strategic solutions for Citco’s most complex and high-value mandates.
Working closely with Sales, Product, and Transformation leaders, this individual will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Citco’s global deal strategy — particularly across transformational ‘mega deals’ with institutional clients and leading asset managers. The role combines deep commercial acumen, cross-functional leadership, and front-line solutioning expertise in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
