Responsibilities

• A degree in Geography or a related field
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and preferably a postgraduate qualification in education or leadership
• Proven experience as a Geography teacher, with a track record of achieving excellent results
• Leadership experience, ideally in a Head of Department or similar role
• Deep knowledge and understanding of the geography curriculum and assessment requirements
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
