Caroline Chisholm School is seeking a dynamic Head of Geography to lead the content and delivery of Geography within the Humanities faculty. You will drive high-quality teaching through robust schemes of work and effective use of resources.

You will support non-specialist teachers, raise standards of learning and achievement, and work to inspire students, staff and parents to achieve at the highest levels within our inclusive learning community.

The Head of Geography, will take lead responsibility for providing leadership and management of the quality of content and delivery of Geography within the structure of the Humanities faculty to secure:

High-quality teaching through the development of schemes and work

Effective use of resources

Improved standards of learning and achievement for all

Support non-specialist teachers in the delivery of the curriculum
