Lea Manor High School in Luton is seeking a Head of Geography to join our thriving department from January 2027. The role is full-time and permanent, with a salary on the MPS/UPS scale plus a TLR2B. You will lead curriculum development, student achievement and safeguarding across the Geography provision.

The school is part of the Chiltern Learning Trust and offers a collaborative environment with strong CPD, induction and progression opportunities within a supportive community.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management of a Geography department.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to drive school improvement and student outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Geography department to deliver high academic standards and a rich curriculum.
• Support and develop teaching staff through CPD and performance management.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure safeguarding and welfare of students.
