Job summary

Steven.com Fund is seeking a Head of Operations to build and scale the Fund II operating model in London. This senior role will own governance, providers, valuations, reporting and fund launch, guiding back and middle office to operate end-to-end.

You will recruit and lead a lean operations team, work with outsourced partners for specialist functions, and implement core tech and processes to support growth while maintaining investor servicing standards.

Qualifications

• Senior operations leadership in a fund environment.
• Deep familiarity with fund administration, compliance, valuations, and investor reporting.
• Track record building operations functions and teams from the ground up.

Responsibilities

• Design and stand up the operating model through fund launch and close.
• Oversee outsourced providers across fund administration, accounting, compliance, AIFM oversight, legal, audit and valuation support.
• Manage treasury and banking relationships, including cash management and capital calls/distributions.
• Lead the operations team, delivering institutional-quality servicing while staying lean.
