Based on the outskirts of Newcastle-under-Lyme, this multi-site operation has experienced exponential growth over five years and remains a leader in their field. Operating within a regulated environment from state-of-the-art offices, they currently have an interim 12-month requirement to cover maternity leave. As part of a commercially focused finance team, the role will support decision-making processes and lead on budgeting and forecasting across multiple sites. This is an office-based role with opportunities to add value as the business continues to thrive. A retention bonus is offered for completing the 12-month contract.
Your new role as FP&A Manager:
The FP&A Manager is a key financial role responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis activities within a multi-site operation. The role requires expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. The FP&A Manager will work closely with senior management, department heads, and stakeholders to provide valuable financial insights, support informed decision-making, and ensure financial goals are met across all locations.

Experience & Qualifications:
Qualified with proven experience in a lead FP&A role, preferably in a multi-site or professional services environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights. Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting, with excellent knowledge of financial reporting standards and compliance. Advanced skills in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and spreadsheets. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
