Job summary

Edenred PayTech UK is seeking a Head of FP&A to lead the finance planning and analysis function. You will manage a team of four and collaborate with PayTech UK, PPS EU and the wider Edenred International Group to drive budgeting, forecasting and strategic financial insight.

You will implement improved reporting processes, lead cost analyses, and partner with stakeholders across finance and business units to support decision making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA) with FP&A and international reporting experience.
• Proven leadership with 4 direct reports and broader team management.
• Strong analytical skills in cost control, budgeting, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead reporting, forecasting and performance analysis for UK entities and PPS EU as part of Edenred International Group reporting.
• Drive transformation: deploy reporting processes and tools; ensure high data quality and efficient forecasting.
• Oversee budgeting process across PayTech entities; manage cost analysis and KPI reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and senior management; present monthly cost analyses and strategic plans.
• Support procurement data analysis and ad hoc group/CFO requests.

**Head of FP&A****Office Location: Swindon/London – Hybrid****Competitive Salary & Bonus****The Role**This role will report into the Finance Director. You will be involved in the overall strategy of the FP&A team, looking at its capabilities, highlighting potential best in class system recommendation and adaptability to the market, and bringing your own ideas and experience to help get the best performance out of this business unit and processes.You will be managing a team of 4 direct reports, with a wider team of 6, and working with wider business teams. We are looking for a strong leader, who can drive change and sell ideology, and who can implement better ways of working and processes into a dynamic team and business unit.
