Edenred PayTech UK is seeking a Head of FP&A to lead the finance planning and analysis function. The role reports to the Finance Director, manages a team, and drives the overall FP&A strategy across multiple entities within the Edenred group.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, while implementing improved reporting processes and tools. A strong leader with international experience and advanced Excel, Power BI, and Oracle skills is essential.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant (CIMA or ACCA)
• Strong FP&A background with international reporting experience
• Strong managerial and people leadership experience
• Excellent Excel knowledge
• Familiarity with Power BI, Oracle Hyperion and Oracle Smartview
• Understanding of databases and Power Query in Excel/Power BI

Responsibilities

• Oversee FP&A for PayTech UK, PPS EU and Edenred International Group reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis processes.
• Enhance and deploy reporting tools as part of transformation.
• Manage a team of 4 direct reports (6 in wider team) and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Support strategic planning and data analysis for procurement and group CFO.
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting to senior leadership.

You will be involved in the overall strategy of the FP&A team, looking at its capabilities, highlighting potential best in class system recommendation and adaptability to the market, and bringing your own ideas and experience to help get the best performance out of this business unit and processes.You will be managing a team of 4 direct reports, with a wider team of 6, and working with wider business teams.
