Job Description:

Axon Moore is currently partnered with a high-growth, Private Equity-backed SaaS business in sourcing a high-calibre Head of FP&A to drive commercial performance. Our client is undergoing a period of intensive transformation. As Head of FP&A, you will be responsible for producing key MI for the board and investors, working closely with the CFO on strategic initiatives, including data interrogation and presentation.

Role: Head of FP&A

Location: Central Manchester, 3 days per week on-site

The Role:

• Providing high-quality MI and commercial insights to the leadership team, including PE investors
• Building financial models for various scenarios, including acquisition targets
• Leading data & analytics, including data repair and visualization
• Business partnering with non-finance teams to drive performance
• Leading annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Reviewing processes and systems to ensure a fit-for-purpose commercial function
• Leading ad-hoc projects alongside the CFO

The Individual:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
• Experience in SaaS is highly desirable
• Highly commercial with leadership experience in a commercial function
• Knowledge of data and analytics, ideally SQL
• Experience in PE-backed or agile businesses
• Strong business partnering skills to influence decision-making and drive performance
