Job summary

Une entreprise SaaS en forte croissance recherche un Head of FP&A pour piloter la performance commerciale. Le candidat idéal sera un comptable qualifié qui excelle dans l'analyse de données et le partenariat avec les affaires. Ce rôle stratégique impliquera de collaborer étroitement avec la direction et de mener des projets ad-hoc pour améliorer l'efficacité organisationnelle.

Qualifications

• Expérience de travail dans une entreprise SaaS fortement souhaitée.
• Expérience dans une entreprise soutenue par PE ou une entreprise agile similaire.
• Capacité à influencer les décisions commerciales et à améliorer la performance.

Responsibilities

• Fournir des MI de haute qualité et des informations commerciales à l'équipe de direction.
• Construire des modèles financiers autour de divers scénarios incluant des cibles d'acquisition.
• Prendre la direction des données et de l'analytique y compris la visualisation.

Axon Moore are currently partnered with a high growth, Private Equity backed SaaS business in sourcing a high calibre Head of FP&A to drive commercial performance. Our client are undergoing a period of intensive transformation and as Head of FP&A you will be driving the production of key MI to the board and investors whilst working closely with the CFO on other strategic initiatives including interrogating and presenting data.

Role: Head of FP&A

Location: Central Manchester, 3 days per week on site

The Role:

• Providing high quality MI and commercial insights to the leadership team including the PE investors
• Building financial models around a variety of scenarios including on acquisition targets
• Taking the lead on data & analytics including data repair and visualisation
• Business partnering with none finance to drive performance across the business
• Leading the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ongoing review of processes and systems to ensure a fit for purpose commercial function
• Taking the lead on a number of ad-hoc projects alongside the CFO

The Individual:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
• Experience of working in a SaaS business is highly desirable
• Highly commercial with experience of leading a commercial function
• Knowledge of data and analytics, ideally in the use of SQL
• Experience of working within a PE backed or similarly agile business
• Strong business partner with the ability to influence decision making and drive performance
