Job summary

Une entreprise SaaS en forte croissance, soutenue par des capitaux privés, recherche un Head of FP&A pour diriger la performance commerciale et la production d'informations clés pour la direction et les investisseurs. Le poste implique le partenariat avec les équipes non financières et la direction des processus budgétaires et prévisionnels, avec des projets ad hoc en collaboration avec le CFO.

Qualifications

• Expérience dans un environnement SaaS souhaitable.
• Capacité à influencer les prises de décision et à susciter des performances.
• Expérience préalable dans une entreprise soutenue par des PE ou similaire.

Responsibilities

• Fournir des informations de gestion et des insights commerciaux au leadership.
• Construire des modèles financiers sur divers scénarios.
• Prendre les devants sur les données et l'analyse, y compris la visualisation.

Axon Moore are currently partnered with a high growth, Private Equity backed SaaS business in sourcing a high calibre Head of FP&A to drive commercial performance. Our client are undergoing a period of intensive transformation and as Head of FP&A you will be driving the production of key MI to the board and investors whilst working closely with the CFO on other strategic initiatives including interrogating and presenting data.

Role: Head of FP&A

Location: Central Manchester, 3 days per week on site

The Role:

• Providing high quality MI and commercial insights to the leadership team including the PE investors
• Building financial models around a variety of scenarios including on acquisition targets
• Taking the lead on data & analytics including data repair and visualisation
• Business partnering with none finance to drive performance across the business
• Leading the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ongoing review of processes and systems to ensure a fit for purpose commercial function
• Taking the lead on a number of ad-hoc projects alongside the CFO

The Individual:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
• Experience of working in a SaaS business is highly desirable
• Highly commercial with experience of leading a commercial function
• Knowledge of data and analytics, ideally in the use of SQL
• Experience of working within a PE backed or similarly agile business
• Strong business partner with the ability to influence decision making and drive performance
